Victor is a wealth management principal and founder of the firm. He brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry to Baron.
After obtaining his bachelor's degree in finance and investments, Victor completed the College for Financial Planning's Certified Financial Planning program, as well as several graduate-level investment management courses.
As a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor, Victor has passed an extensive screening process. Advisors who pass the vetting process must be paid directly by their clients, without receiving conflict-inducing commissions and rewards generated from the sale of financial products.
Victor has implemented a distinctive team-based approach to financial planning at Baron. Proud of Baron's commitment to maintain open, honest and effective communication between their clients and advisors, he strives to provide clients with the tools and education they need to protect the money they have worked hard for. Additionally, he is a recipient of the 2019 Five Star Wealth Manager Award in New Jersey, receiving the award for eight consecutive years.

Personally touched with the challenges associated with special needs, Victor is a dedicated supporter of Spectrum for Living, a nonprofit committed to helping adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities.

Victor and his wife have two children, Gregory and Victoria, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as fundraising and supporting Baron's philanthropic efforts.
