As an Associate Financial Planner, Dov works with individuals and families to help them evaluate their financial options and make informed decisions. He enjoys getting to know clients, learning what matters most to them, and helping them navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with each stage of life. Dov contributes to the development and implementation of financial plans and serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Before joining Baron, Dov worked in public accounting at PwC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s largest accounting and professional services firms. He ultimately found that what he enjoys most is helping people make sense of their finances and addressing complex financial questions, leading him to a career in financial planning.

Dov is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching accounting and finance at the university level. His passion for financial education carries into his work with clients, where he believes that having a clear understanding of their unique circumstances is an important part of the financial planning process.

Outside of work, Dov enjoys spending time with his wife, Aliza, and their two children.
