Fran has been with Baron Financial Group for over a decade, supporting all of their client communication efforts, including creating content for their website and educational platform, Responsible Guidance. Additionally, she serves as the event planner for Baron's client appreciation events and educational seminars, as well as helps manage Baron's compliance program.

Before joining Baron, Fran worked as a theatrical stage manager and as a production manager for a reference publisher. A long-time Fair Lawn resident, she spent many years volunteering at Fair Lawn schools as a PTA member and class mom, including planning and implementing Project Graduation for the Fair Lawn High School class of 2006. As a senior-class parent, she helped coordinate the 2006 Marathon Committee, a senior-class effort to raise money for the community.

Additionally, Fran served as the co-chair of the Helen Troum Nursery School and Kindergarten board of directors for over 10 years, working closely with the school director and the board on matters related to policies and procedures, budgeting and staff recruitment.

Fran is a graduate of the University at Albany, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on Theatre and English. She is married with children and two grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and attending the theatre.
