Colleen Celmer is a welcome addition to the Baron Financial Group communications and compliance teams. She facilitates client communications, ensuring our educational materials and updates are timely, clear, and consistent. From keeping website content current to coordinating client appreciation events, her work focuses on creating a positive client experience. She also supports the firm’s compliance efforts, helping to maintain strong regulatory standards.

Known for her upbeat, optimistic outlook, Colleen brings creativity and energy to her work. Prior to joining Baron, Colleen worked as a graphic designer for a large national corporation. She is a graduate of Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in business education.

Colleen is also a certified fitness and cycling instructor, who enjoys amateur photography, traveling the world and attending live music events with her husband.
