Victor is a Wealth Management Principal with Baron Financial Group.  He implemented a team-based approach to financial planning at the firm. "We believe that our core purpose is to help improve people’s financial lives through objective, transparent and fiduciary advice. We strive to provide clients with the education they need to better understand their financial situation."

Victor's relationship with a special needs family member made him aware of the many challenges associated with those with developmental disabilities. It led him to become not only active in the special needs community but to commit to assisting those families plan for their financial needs.

Victor is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University School of Business.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Finance and Investments and completed the coursework in the Certified Financial Planning program offered through the College of Financial Planning. He also completed graduate level courses in Investment Management.

Victor has been quoted in NJMoneyHelp.com, the Daily Record, the New York Post, the Newark Star-Ledger and Reuters News Network.  Additionally, he is a recipient of the 2024 Five Star Wealth Manager Award in New Jersey, receiving the award for thirteen consecutive years.

 In his free time, Victor enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as fundraising and supporting Baron's philanthropic efforts.
