Logo: the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA)Victor received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments and has completed all of the coursework in the Certified Financial Planning program offered through the College of Financial Planning. He has also completed graduate level courses in Investment Management. As a result of his relationship with a special needs family member, Victor has been personally touched with the challenges associated with special needs.  This relationship led him to become active in the special needs community, particularly with Spectrum for Living, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities.

Victor is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). Membership is granted only to advisors who pass an extensive screening process. Advisors who pass the vetting process must be paid directly by their clients, without receiving conflict-inducing commissions and rewards generated from the sale of financial products. He is a recipient of the 2019 Five Star Wealth Manager Award in New Jersey and is honored to have received this award for multiple years.

Victor implemented a distinctive team-based approach to financial planning at Baron. He continuously works toward maintaining open and effective communications between clients and advisors, and strives to provide clients with the right tools and education to best prepare and protect the money they worked hard for.

Victor brings a strong business background to Baron Financial.  He is a successful real estate owner and investor for many years in various properties, valuable experience that is an asset for clients who are considering investing in real estate through outright ownership.

He has been quoted in the Daily Record in Morristown on the topic of retirees outliving their funds, the New York Post on investing in real estate, and the Reuters News Network. He was also featured in the Newark Star Ledger.  He authored an article for the Bottom Line newsletter on Bond Laddering.
