Medicare is health insurance for individuals who are 65 and older, under 65 with certain disabilities, or those who have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or Amyotrophic Sclerosis (ALS). The Medicare annual open enrollment period for the 2027 Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription plans begins Oct. 15, 2026, and runs through December 7, 2026. The ANCHOR program is available for eligible New Jersey residents who owned or rented their main residence as of October 1, 2025. If you are a New Jersey resident who is 65 and older or was receiving Social Security Disability benefits on December 31, 2025, you can now submit a single application for Property Tax Relief for tax year 2025. For easy reference, the following information has been gathered from the NJ Treasury - Division of Taxation website for Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ programs.

Fran Weizman has retired from her full-time role at Baron Financial Group after nearly 20 years with us. Continuing our tradition of supporting Spectrum for Living, Baron Financial Group proudly sponsored the organization's Annual Walkathon – 5K, Walk & Doggie Dash, as well as Sipping for Spectrum, a lively bar crawl in Hoboken, NJ.
