Baron Client Portal MFA Enabled
Baron TeamFor enhanced security with your Baron Portal, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be enabled starting on Friday, November 21, 2025.
What's Changing?
- OTP (One-Time Passcode) will become the default MFA method.
- You will automatically receive an OTP via email each time you log in.
- Security questions will be retired.
SMS Option
- SMS is optional if you would prefer to receive OTP codes by text.
- To use SMS, you can add your mobile number in your Profile Settings starting on Friday, November 21st.
- If SMS is not enabled or no number is added, OTP will default to email.

If you are not already signed up for the client portal and would like to, please reach out to your Baron Team. Contact Baron at 1-866-333-6659 or at info@baron-financial.com to enroll.
You can visit our website to gain access to your client portal. Just click on the client-portal tab, which will allow you to view your account information. The client login requires a username and password (and now MFA) to gain access to the portal. Please let us know if you would like to create your portal login or if you would like to learn more about what the portal provides, including paperless statements.
